The place is lovely, the staff are hard-working.

It is set in the middle of the city.

Location: the hotel was close enough to various activities, ayurvedic clinics and spas outside of the resort and other facilities.

The room was big and fabulous with absolutely breathtaking views, a flat-screen TV, a safe and coffee/tea making equipment. The bathroom was clean, with a bathtub. The location was favourable and best possible, so close to luxuriois jungle and ayurvedic clinics and spas outside of the resort too and a restaurant called 1980 and easily accessible.

We enjoyed our stay at a beautiful green resort with a waterfall and hanging bridge. A morning walk to nearby tea plantation was refreshing. The staff was courteous and helpful. We had access to many paid and unpaid activities. we appreciated two complementary offers provided.

We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the building or restaurants. There were no small towels or shower caps in the rooms, and the chairs were not clean.

This hotel is the perfect place for an adventure getaway with exclusive amenities like an indoor game area and an artificial waterfall. The staff was friendly and fulfilled all our luxurious needs. The swimming pool was great for relaxing and there were sun loungers available. The garden area was spacious and well-maintained. The spa & wellness centre was excellent with top-notch services and treatments.

The only minor issue we faced was with the restaurant where the food was good but could have been better in terms of variety. Nonetheless, the bar/lounge area had a great selection of drinks.

The hotel provides basic amenities and the rooms are equipped with a TV. The disabled-friendly facilities, walk-in dresser, and double beds for kids make it a perfect choice for families. The breakfast served is delicious and satisfying.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Vythiri village and had an amazing experience. the location of this hotel was absolutely breathtaking. It was nestled in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature and close to all the popular tourist spots. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. They were always ready to assist and made sure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms on the higher floors were spacious and well-equipped. The attention to detail, such as the double beds for the kids and the accessibility for the disabled, was noteworthy. I was highly impressed with the value for money and the delicious breakfast.

The location of the resort was convenient with easy access to nearby tourist spots. The facilities offered were well-maintained, including a refreshing pool and exciting zip line. One of the highlights was the delicious dinner at the resort restaurant.

The room we had was infested with ants and had an issue with the air conditioning. some of the staff appeared rude and untrained, causing inconvenience to us.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel was nestled among mountains and gave us a feeling of being very close to nature. The hotel facilities were amazing with an artificial waterfall adding to the overall ambiance. The hotel offered 24/7 transportation and the parking facility was great. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Cleanliness and hygiene standards were superb. The breakfast buffet had a variety of mouth-watering delicacies that were thoughtfully chosen and kept our health needs in mind.

I had a delightful stay at this amazing resort in Vythiri. The warm hospitality provided by the staff made me feel right at home. The resort is nestled in beautiful surroundings, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. I enjoyed exploring the well-maintained gardens and taking leisurely strolls. The food at the Spice Bowl restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The spacious rooms were comfortable and the housekeeping team was prompt in their services. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as dated amenities and occasional power cuts, overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
